QBE Tree Planting Waikākāriki / Horseshoe Lake, Christch

Join us as we continue our enrichment planting at Waikākāriki /Horseshoe Lake. Waikākāriki is part of the Ōtākaro Avon River Corridor, a 604 hectare space along the river that was home to thousands of people before the 2011 earthquakes. Today we'll be planting in the redeveloped area at the end of Goodman Place, adding to the plantings in this re-emerging wetland.
